What do I need to download my DL?
Enter the driving licence number and the licence holder’s date of birth. Use the details shown on the licence. You also provide your name, email address and WhatsApp number for the receipt.
How should I enter the licence number?
Enter 10–20 letters and digits, for example MH0320140001234. Spaces, hyphens and lowercase letters are normalised before submission.
Can I preview details before payment?
Licence details are requested only after payment is verified. Check the licence number, date of birth and displayed price before paying.
What is included in the result?
The returned record can include holder and parent/spouse names, date of birth, addresses, issuing authority, state, licence validity, authorised vehicle classes and a holder photograph.
How will I receive the PDF?
Download it from your successful request page. Your email receives the details and PDF attachment, and WhatsApp receives selected details with a private PDF link. Receipt links last seven days.
What if the provider has not returned the details?
Your payment stays attached to the request. Uncharged failed lookups can be retried from the paid page. Pending or billed provider outcomes need support review and are not submitted again automatically.
Is the report an official driving licence?
The download contains the information returned for your request. Keep the licence issued by the licensing authority for official use.
Why did I not receive WhatsApp or email?
Check your delivery details. Availability depends on your service provider’s WhatsApp and email configuration. Your PDF remains available on the successful request page, and a failed receipt can be retried.
